DATUK DR. NOR HISHAM BIN HAJI MUHAMMAD

Datuk Hisham holds a L.L.B (Hons) degree from Sheffield, England and LL.M with Merit (Masters in Law Corporate and Commercial Law) degree from the prestigious University College London (UCL), London, England. He is a barrister at law of the Honorable Society of Gray's Inn, London, England and was called to the same bar in 1995. Datuk Hisham successfully completed his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at one of the reputable Malaysian Universities.

Datuk Hisham who is a Managing Partner of the Firm primarily handles Corporate matters for the Firm particularly in cross border acquisitions, agreements and transactions for the Corporate/Commercial, Intellectual Property, Information & Communication Technology and Plantations industry. Datuk Hisham's innovation has led to the creation of various legal instruments which is turn had led to the solving of intricate matters for leading corporate institutions.

Datuk Hisham has vast professional experience in handling, among other things, Corporate & Commercial Litigation, which includes Banking, Security Industries, Security Enforcement, Factoring Financing, Building Contract, Insolvency/Bankruptcy and Hire-Purchase/Leasing. He is also experienced in appeals to the appellate Courts.

JURIAH BINTI ROBASON

PENANG BRANCH

Miss Juriah graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia with LL.B (Hons) in 2008 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in January, 2010. Miss Juriah is currently heading the firm’s Branch Litigation Department handling all kinds of litigation matters. Building a reputation towards a prominent litigator, she is known for her thorough representation of clients, as evidenced by her remarkable courtroom victories. She has represented clients in most phases of civil litigation in numerous banking, general and domestic disputes. Her courtroom skills and her determination to protect the client’s interest have won her great respect and confidence from her client.

IZHARUL EFFENDY BIN RAMLI

Encik Izharul Effendy completed his LLB (Hons) at the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2011 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2012. He is a key member of the firm’s Corporate Department, specializing in Corporate & Commercial matters, with a focus on cross-border transactions, particularly involving Indonesia, where he also manages the firm’s Indonesia branch.

Renowned for his determination, commitment, and dedication, Encik Fendy consistently delivers strategic and practical legal solutions tailored to clients' business objectives. His leadership and deep understanding of cross-border legal frameworks have positioned him as a trusted advisor for regional transactions, fostering strong ties between Malaysia and Indonesia.

R. FADHLI INDRA BIN DIDI INDRA TJAHYA

Encik R.Fadhli Indra or better known as Mr.Raden holds degree in LLB (Hons) and LLB Shariah (Hons) from the International Islamic University of Malaysia. He was called to the Bar in 2012. His practicing experience mainly involves providing both legal and Shariah advisory services to clients on matters covering Islamic Banking, Takaful and Retakaful, Islamic Capital Market and wealth management. Encik Raden is also a licensed Syari’e counsel where he has vast experience in handling matters pertaining to amicable divorce, faraid application and post-divorce matrimonial claims.

ZARINA HANIM BINTI ISMAIL

KUALA TERENGGANU BRANCH

Miss Hanim graduated from the University Teknologi MARA with LL.B (Hons) in 2009. She is now in charge of Kuala Terengganu Branch Office handling all kinds of Litigation as well as Conveyancing matters. Miss Hanim is known as an assiduous litigator and is aggressive in pursuing client’s rights in the court of law. Her creativity is the strength that has contributed positively to the firm.

NURFATIEHAH BINTI ZAINI

Nurfatiehah holds an LL.B (Hons) from the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) and an LL.M with Distinction (Master of Law) degree from the University of East London, London, United Kingdom. She was called to the Bar in 2017.

She has extensive experience in conveyancing, property and banking law, having acted for leading property developers and advised on high-value conveyancing, development, and financing transactions.

Her practice covers residential, commercial, and stratified property transactions, project collaborations, financing, and leasing matters. She also handles property and banking-related disputes, enabling her to deliver comprehensive and strategic legal solutions.

NORAIDA BINTI HASSAN

Noraida Bt. Hassan graduated with an upper second class LL.B(Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia). She was called to the Malaysian Bar in March 2001. She currently heads the Conveyancing department of the Firm. In addition to the usual conveyancing matters, the other areas of practice where she thrives is in Islamic Financing. Miss Aida’s vision and analytical approach has led to the expansion of the Conveyancing and Corporate Loans department and is now a mainstay of the firm. Miss Aida was elevated as a partner on 1st January, 2004.
