NORHAJATUL SAIDAH BINTI MD SAID

Ms. Norhajatul Saidah binti Md Said graduated from International Islamic University of Malaysia with LLB Hons Degree in 2008 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2010. She is former associates of one of the leading firm before she joined Messrs Ram Reza & Muhammad (Penang’s Branch) in 2016. Ms. Saidah is experience in handling Conveyancing matters. She is known for her dedication and determination.

NUR DAYANA ARIFA BINTI MOHAM’MAD

Ms. Nur Dayana Arifa binti Moham'mad was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2018 after completing her pupillage at Messrs Ram Reza & Muhammad, where she gained extensive experience in the drafting of legal instruments and documents under the mentorship of the firm's Managing Partner.

She holds an LLB (Hons) from Multimedia University (Melaka) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from Universiti Teknologi MARA, solidifying her expertise in this specialized field.

Currently, Ms. Dayana is part of the firm's Special Projects Division, Pegasus, where she contributes to high-impact initiatives. She is also actively involved in managing and advising on various intellectual property rights cases, leveraging her expertise to protect and enforce clients' intellectual property assets.

NORAZUIN BINTI SIRAN

Ms. Norazuin binti Siran graduated from UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, Indonesia with Sarjana Hukum Islam (SHI) in 2009 and Diploma in Administration of Islamic Judiciary (DAIJ) from International Islamic University of Malaysia in 2012. She practises for syariah matters since 2011 and had license as Syariah Consel for Federal Territories and State of Selangor since 2013 where she has vast experience in handling matters pertaining to amicable divorce, faraid application and post-divorce matrimonial claims.

MUHAMMAD AFIQ BIN NOR AZMAN

Muhammad Afiq Bin Nor Azman graduated from UiTM (Universiti Teknologi Mara) with LLB (Hons). He was called to the Malaysian Bar on January 2023. Currently was appointed as an associate in conveyancing department Penang’s Branch.

KARIMAH BINTI ZULKAFALI

Ms. Karimah binti Zulkafali is a Legal Associate focused on Civil Litigation and Estate Planning. She assists clients with a wide range of matters, including Probate, Letters of Administration, and Wealth Management , as well as corporate winding-up, bankruptcy, and tort cases. She is skilled in drafting all necessary legal documents and submissions and frequently represents clients in case managements, mediations, and court hearings. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).

NURLIYANA SHAHIRA BINTI BAHARLI

As an accomplished Syarie Lawyer, Ms. Nurliyana Shahira binti Baharli holds a Bachelor of Fiqh and Fatwa (Hons.) and a Master of Comparative Law from USIM, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice from UiTM. She admitted to practice as a Syarie Lawyer in the Federal Territories, Selangor, and Negeri Sembilan, where her practice is focused on Islamic Family Law. Ms. Liyana expertly handles a wide range of cases, including divorce rights, child custody (hadhanah), maintenance (nafkah), joint matrimonial property (harta sepencarian), mutaah, inheritance (faraid), and gifts (hibah).

AIDA SYUHADAH BINTI AHMAD SUHAIMI

Ms. Aida Syuhadah graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) with an LLB (Hons) in 2023 and subsequently obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in the Administration of Judiciary and Islamic Legal Practice (DSLP) in 2024. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2025 after completing her pupillage at Messrs. Ram Reza & Muhammad under the tutelage of Encik Izharul Effendy bin Ramli. As an Associate in the firm's Corporate Department, Ms. Syuhadah primarily focuses on Corporate & Commercial matters, demonstrating a meticulous approach to contract drafting, transactional processes, and strategic advisory work.

NURUL FATHIHA BINTI MOHD MOKHTAR

Ms. Nurul Fathiha Binti Mohd Mokhtar holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IUM). She has completed her pupillage at Ram Reza & Muhammad and has now been retained as a lawyer under the Conveyancing Department, where she continues to pursue her strong passion for real estate law and deepen her expertise in conveyancing matters.

MUHAMAD HAFIZAN SHAFUAN BIN KAMARULZAMAN

Muhamad Hafizan Shafuan bin Kamarulzaman is a dedicated legal professional and an LL.B. graduate from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). SITI SARIHAH BINTI SULAIMAN

Ms. Siti Sarihah Binti Sulaiman provides the firm with a unique and comprehensive legal perspective, holding dual degrees in both LLB (Hons) and LLB Shariah (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Following her admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in March 2023, she has cultivated significant experience in the demanding field of civil litigation. Ms. Sarihah now focuses on general litigation matters, where she is known for applying a dedicated, meticulous, and detail-oriented approach to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.

SITI AIESYAH MARYAM BINTI ABDUL SAHA

Ms. Siti Aiesyah holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Currently undergoing her pupillage at Ram Reza & Muhammad. She is passionate about litigation, dedicated to gaining practical experience, and aspires to build a long-term career as a litigator while continuously expanding her knowledge in the legal field.

NUR LAILATUL SUHAILAH BINTI MOHD JUNID

Ms. Nur Lailatul Suhailah holds an LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and is currently undergoing her pupillage at Ram Reza & Muhammad. She completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice at UiTM in August 2025, reflecting her commitment to a well-rounded and comprehensive legal education. With a strong interest in corporate law, she aims to build a long-term career in the field and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth within the legal industry.

NURAIN ASHIKIN BINTI ZULKIFLI

Ms. Nurain Ashikin earned her LL.B (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She is currently a Pupil-in-Chambers at Ram Reza & Muhammad. With a steadfast focus on litigation, she is actively honing her practical skills to evolve into a committed advocate. She prioritizes continuous professional growth, aiming to merge her passion for the law with the high-standard legal practice.

MUHAMMAD AIMAN FARHAN BIN MUHAMMAD FADZILI

Aiman Farhan is a dedicated law graduate from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), distinguished by his excellent academic performance by attaining several dean’s list awards granted by the faculty. Serving as a Vice President of Suruhanjaya Pilihanraya PERUNDANG, he has led a fair and transparent electoral processes within the Law Faculty Society UKM demonstrating integrity and leadership. His legal exposure expanded through an internship with the Attorney’s General Chambers (AGC).

To engage with current legal issues, he actively published legal articles in academic journals including the Prevention of Terrorism Act, Online Sexual Grooming and Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) as Geopolitical Strategy. He enjoys playing sports as a hobby, with football being his favourite.

THAQIB ZA’IM BIN YUSOFF

Thaqib Za’im Yusoff is a Trainee Associate at Kuala Terengganu Branch, holding a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Universiti Utara Malaysia and having been conferred the Anugerah Buku Tunas Bestari at graduation. During his pupillage, he is involved in civil litigation matters including debt recovery, execution proceedings, and court applications. He also assists in legal research, drafting of cause papers and written submissions, liaising with clients, and attending Magistrates’ Court proceedings, with the aspiration of developing into a well-rounded legal practitioner.

NURSYAFIQA IZZATI BINTI AZMI RAIS

Ms. Nursyafiqa Izzati Binti Azmi Rais holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) and is currently a Pupil-in-Chambers at Ram Reza & Muhammad. While she is primarily inclined towards litigation, she is also actively learning conveyancing to broaden her professional expertise. She is committed to developing a strong foundation in both practice areas as she pursues a long-term career as a legal professional.

HILDA NOPIYAR BINTI ALAMSYAH

Miss Hilda Nopiyar binti Alamsyah graduated with Bachelor of Law from Jayabaya University of Indonesia. Was admitted as an Advocate of High Court of Jakarta in 2017. She is a member of Indonesian Bar of PERADI, Indonesian Advocates Association. She is well versed with all aspects of litigation and non-litigation cases. Unwavering dedication, passion and commitment to solving the client’s legal problem.

MARIA LEONITA PINEM

Ms. Maria Leonita Pinem obtained her law degree from the University of Atmajaya, Jakarta in 2010 and registered as an advocate in Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Mrs. Maria Leonita Pinem has been practicing law since 2010 and has professional experience with major firms in Jakarta. Her principle areas of practice includes negotiation, litigation matters, general corporate, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions and foreign citizen residence permit.

RIZALDI RACHMAN BIN JUL RIZAL

Mr. Rizaldi Rachman graduated with Bachelor of Law from YARSI University of Indonesia. Bapak Rizaldi was admitted as an UPA and PKPA in 2021. He is now a member Indonesian Bar of PERADI dealing with all aspects of litigation and non-litigation cases. Bapak Rizaldi is known for his passion and commitment to solving any legal issues.

REYNALDI SETIAWAN BIN NURWAKI RAMLI

Mr. Reynaldi graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from YARSI University Indonesia. He is known for his enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to resolving legal issues, particularly in the areas of legal drafting, legal opinions, and problem solving. His expertise and integrity make him a dependable figure in the legal field.

NURULAIN ASYIQIN BINTI MOHD

Miss Nurulain Asyiqin binti Mohd was graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with L.L.B (Hons) Degree in 2018. She completed her pupillage at one of the well known firm and was called to the Malaysian Bar in July 2020. She is currently under Ram Reza & Muhammad Kuala Terengganu Branch which primarily handles conveyancing and litigation matters.

SHEIKH HAZMAN BIN NASSIR

Mr. Sheikh Hazman bin Nassir holds a Bachelor's Degree in Shariah from University Al-Azhar of Cairo, Republic Arab of Egypt and Diploma In Administration of Islamic Judiciary (DAIJ) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He was admitted as Syarie Counsel for Federal Territories and commenced his practice as Legal Associate at Messrs. Ram Reza & Muhammad in March 2022. He is tasked with handling cases involving Faraid, Divorce, Hibah and Post-Divorce Matrimonial Claims and matter.
